SpaceBrief privacy notice

SpaceBrief is a Forge app for Confluence Cloud. It builds a weekly space digest draft (created / updated / commented / stale) under a configured parent. This notice describes what is stored and what is not.

Who processes data

The app runs on Atlassian Forge with optional Forge LLM. There is no remotes entry and no egress to hktx-operated hosts. Scheduled runs only execute when the installation is licensed (`appIsLicensed`).

Data read from Atlassian products, not copied off-site

CQL search results the installing user’s permissions allow (titles, ids, comment containers). Demo mode uses a fixed template and does not call a model. Draft pages are created as the app (or user for manual run) inside the customer site.

What this app does not do

No analytics or advertising cookies of its own
No hktx-operated backend; publisher is 汇科天下 (hktx.cn)
No emailing of digests
Does not change page restrictions

Retention

Config and status overwrite on save. Uninstall removes Forge app storage for that installation. Confluence/Jira content remains under the customer’s retention.
